Recruiter / HRBP

Position Description:

Chaos Lab's mission is to secure the future of finance. We’re looking for a HRBP to help us scale our team and lead People Operations across NYC and Tel Aviv.


At Chaos Labs, we’re developing a cloud security platform for DeFi (Decentralized Finance) protocols through run-time simulations. We work with protocols to automate economic security, risk management, parameter selection optimization, and battle test protocols through the most chaotic (🤗) market conditions. Our platform and tools are used by leading protocols, helping them manage and secure over 50 Billion in assets.


Chaos Labs was founded by ex-Facebook, Apple, Instagram, Amazon, and Microsoft engineers, being 8200 (Israeli Cyber Intelligence) and Technion alumni. We’re looking for curious, hungry engineers to join the team and help define the security and risk stack of the future.

Responsibilities

  • Advise our hiring managers, and build effective sourcing, ideas, and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Own and drive the recruitment process (end-to-end) of new team members.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process for technical roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring agencies, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Onboarding new employees.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in technical recruiting (at least 1 year from a tech company or a startup company).
  • Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English).
